Martha Nunez

My name is Martha Nunez and I was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. I have resided in Spring Hill, Tennessee since 2005 and have enjoyed living in the community I serve along with my family and my trusty companion dog Oreo. I love spending quality time with my family and friends and creating memories. I have enjoyed seeing how this community has grown into the thriving city it has become.

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2017. I have proudly assisted first time home Buyers, Seller's, and Investors. With a background in customer service I have taken that experience throughout the years into better assisting my Real Estate Clients.

It has been very rewarding to help my clients obtain homeownership. I attribute my success by building client relationships on trust, expertise, and performance. I am also bilingual in Spanish and English. I enjoy using my skills to help families understand all of the details in their home buying or selling. I provide my clients with contacts to lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and contractors that are the best in their fields to make sure you have the best resources.
